A real-world asset (RWA) tokenisation platform bridging traditional finance and Web3. Frac enables institutions and asset owners to tokenise, fractionalise, and trade real-world assets — across luxury goods, intellectual property, supply chains, and payments — through a regulated, end-to-end ecosystem. The $FRAC token is one of the first Securities Commission of Malaysia-approved Initial Exchange Offerings (IEO) in Southeast Asia, listed on pitchIN. Melvin serves as Co-Founder & Chairman.
The Peak Collective
The Group's lifestyle and luxury investment platform. The Peak Collective brings together a curated portfolio of luxury experiences and assets — bespoke private travel, fashion and collectibles, members-only clubs, and high-end lifestyle ventures — for a discerning Asian clientele. We invest where heritage, scarcity, and craftsmanship intersect with the rising affluence and evolving tastes of the region.
Whizzl
The Group's Malaysia-based smart-city and enterprise technology platform. Whizzl builds SaaS-driven solutions for construction firms, property developers, communities, and SMEs — including project and defect management, smart inventory and attendance systems, and a community feedback app that empowers citizens to improve the spaces around them. Through partnerships such as ARB IOT (NASDAQ: ARBB), Whizzl is also extending into AI workstations and IoT-enabled smart farming across East Malaysia.
Felicity
Felicity Postpartum Care Sdn Bhd (心悦月子中心) is a premium postpartum confinement and recovery centre serving new mothers and their families across Kuala Lumpur, with three branches in Malaysia. Felicity combines structured confinement care, evidence-based nutrition, and dedicated infant support to help mothers recover well, bond confidently, and transition into motherhood with calm and clarity.
