The investment objective of Diamond Eagle Growth Fund 1 is to achieve superior returns through investments over a wide range of asset classes globally as and when investment opportunities arise. The Fund seeks to achieve the abovementioned primarily through:

a) investments in loans, including through originations thereof;
b) purchases of corporate securities, including debt and equity; and
c) asset-based investments, including portfolios of loans or other credit instruments.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, there is no limit on the types of investment instruments through which the Fund may undertake. Assets Under Management: 50M USD.
